In my quest to provide the finest culinary results, I research the local food markets for the best products available. The ingredients are then brought to your location, where they are combined in your presence on the date of the event.
At that time, my assistant and I go to lenghts to assure that each course is served at it's finest hour for your "dining experience alla Sergio". Since the menu selections are prepared (nel minuto) in the minute, some may come ahead of schedule and some a little late. This, is part of "the experience" and should be viewed as a win/win situation. Either, you'll be enjoying the course a little sooner than expected, or you are enjoying your guests' dinner table repartee a little longer.
